Located on the ground floor of a familiar and cozy apartment complex, this accommodation offers you a wonderful furnished terrace where you can relax having a delicious breakfast or preparing a tasty barbecue. Outdoor cooking lovers will surely enjoy roasting some delicious grilled vegetables accompanied by a good glass of wine! Of course, always after a fantastic day at the beach, which can be reached with a quick walk. Inside, we find about 45 m2 of pure Mallorcan style, where you are welcomed by a comfortable living room with air conditioning, television, and a DVD and CD player to spend some time relaxing or having fun. Right here, you will find the simple kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic hob. Then, this room leads to the glass-enclosed dining room, with direct access to the terrace, so you can enjoy your delicacies under cover if it is very hot or too cool. So that they can rest, they have a bedroom with two single beds, a closet and space to accommodate a crib and a high chair if they need it.
